A-List Nutrition Ltd will put up Pre-Orders for certain products. All products that are on pre-order will show on the new pre-order page which can be accessed through the main menu of the site.
All Pre-Orders will have an ETA shipping, we will do our best to ship Pre-Order Products in accordance with their expected shipping time. You will receive weekly updates on the current process of the Pre-Order and once your order ships you will receive shipping confirmation via email. If you have selected Next Day Delivery this will be applied once the order is shipped.
You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order Products. Please email us at info@alistnutrition.com if you need to update any of this information.
When you place a Pre-Order you will need to pay the full upfront price of the Product. If in an occasion where the shipment containing your ordered product is cancelled, you will receive a refund within 30 business days. If your order includes items which are not on Pre-Order they will be posted together. If you would like the non Pre-Order Products shipped, you will have the choice for this, however extra shipping will need to be paid.
Either party may cancel a Pre-order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that the Product has been despatched (“Dispatch Notice”). If cancellation occurs before the Dispatch Notice, you will be entitled to a full refund of your Pre-order payment. This again will be within 30 business days.
If you do decide to purchase a Pre-Order Product from A-List Nutrition Ltd, you will be agreeing and accepting to the above terms.
